UTILITY MANHOLE BARRIERS
Utility manhole safety barriers protect site workers and the general public from open excavations on road works. They are also often used to cordon off an area around street telecommunication cabinets while working.
There are 2 types of barrier. Self contained folding Utility Barrier (3 or 4 sided) or the modular approach of the Postman where you can purchase bases, upright sections and planks to create your own unique barrier system.
Both types are Chapter 8 compliant so have the reflective red and white strips for additional safety and night visibility when left in place.
