Delivery is undertaken direct from warehouse stock to the areas below via manufacturers own logistics unless otherwise advised.
All orders (Monday to Friday) aim to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days for traffic management products. If you urgently require your items please advise so we can try to prioritise them.
Litter & grit bin deliveries are undertaken between 3 and 14 working days depending on the model with timescales clearly stated on each product page.
Same day deliveries along with drops at on the job locations are also available where possible. Please contact for details.
Should any item(s) go out of stock due to high demand we'll contact to advise a realistic delivery timescale.
Delivery is undertaken to addresses within Area A below (England, Wales and parts of Scotland).
All litter bin street furniture, dog waste bins, grit storage bins, catering, warehouse and other select lines are delivered free of charge with this clearly displayed on all products which qualify.
Orders (£2100 ex VAT and over) of Melba Swintex traffic management products are delivered FOC.
Flat rate delivery below this amount is £75 + VAT per pallet (2 meter barriers are delivered in 2 pallets due to size).
Smaller orders that fall outside of the FOC bulk delivery may be able to be dispatched by other specialist couriers instead of the flat rate, please contact to enquire.

All prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate of 20% which will be shown itemised in your shopping cart.
Payment can be made using credit / debit cards using Barclaycard clearance services or BACS bank transfer.
Items will be dispatched once payment has been recieved.
Whilst products are quality checked prior to delivery we are keen to ensure all purchases meet your expectations.
We encourage you to inspect items on receipt and notify of any unlikely issues immediately / within 24 hours of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If any products are damaged it would also be helpful if you could include a photo wherever possible to speed up the process.
We will investigate any issues raised within 1 working day and contact to replace / refund any products where appropriate.
If within 14 days you decide products ordered aren't suitable please contact email@example.com to arrange a return (excludes any made to order products).
Products must be returned in a saleable unused condition.
Unfortunately business transactions will incur a 20% restocking charge and the goods will have to be returned at your expense, unused and wrapped securely in the original packaging.
Only products returned in 'as new condition' can be accepted and it may take up to 14 days for any refund to appear in your bank account.
Roadware are primarily a Business to Business supplier. For all business transactions The Sale of Goods Act 1979 applies.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will also apply if you are purchasing for home use with delivery to your home address.
