COVID-19 Roadware delivery and product lead time update

As of 24-03-20 our Roadware product range lead time is currently unaffected however moving forwards a leaner skeleton staff may be implemented in factories to follow future government guidelines.

It has also been brought to our attention that our third-party hauliers & transport colleagues will not be accepting signatures at the point of delivery for the wellbeing of all individuals. We fully understand & support this decision for the health of you, our customers.

Failure for the network to be able to deliver to you due to location shut or no personnel available to accept delivery will be subject to a re-delivery charge. 

Any issues with goods received, you have 30 minutes to report & must take a photograph of the faults within this time frame. Failure to do so will result in an unsuccessful claim with Roadware & we cannot accept any liability. Please notify your staff of this requirement as to safeguard all deliveries.
