The Shield water filled road separator barrier is 50mph crash tested by Mira to BS EN 1317 and A rated for vehicle impact severity and W8 working width rating. This is the safest barrier in its class.
With a considerable 390kg weight when water filled the Shield barrier can be extended in height to 2.4 metres with either mesh, solid hoarding or bar panels with angled anti-climb mesh.
At 80cm tall the Shield barricade is perfectly suited for secure low to medium level containment. It is also compatible with pedestrian and vehicle access gates to fully secure site access.
