Let’s talk about our heavy duty plastic safety steps.

Let’s talk about our heavy duty plastic safety steps.

Our popular range of plastic safety steps, or step ups, are available in 1, 2, 3 or 4 tread (or step) sizes with the latter having an optional handrail too.
These steps are portable and perfect for use in commercial, educational, and industrial environments.

Strong, stable, and versatile.

Our plastic safety steps are rotationally moulded from high density food grade polyethylene which also provides the added benefit of making them resistant to most cleaning chemicals.
Being rotationally moulded makes them uniformly thick (5mm to be precise) to maintain a high level of integrity and strength. This is key to what makes them free from potentially hazardous weak spots.
Being manufactured as a one piece plastic mould, they’re also supremely sturdy under load, yet lightweight, and free from potential weaknesses such as welds and rivets of aluminium safety steps.
Alternative cheaper blow moulded plastic steps are usually a thinner gauge plastic which often isn’t uniform, especially at the corners and edges. They’re therefore much weaker and not as safe or suitable for purpose as our Rotomoulded steps.

What are the key benefits of our plastic safety steps?
